Hello Panda biscuits are gently fed from the biscuit hopper onto Teflon-coated molds, which are mounted on a chain conveyor with intermittent movement.

A plastic roller brush positions the biscuits into individual molds.

Meanwhile, a double-jacketed chocolate/cream hopper controls the cream viscosity, and 22 special nozzles are used to inject chocolate/cream into the center of the Hello Panda biscuits.

Finished products are automatically discharged from the molds.
