The process begins in our advanced dough mixer, featuring precisely controlled stirring parameters and gentle mixing action. This ensures thorough ingredient incorporation while preserving delicate gluten development, creating the ideal cohesive yet tender base essential for premium soft biscuits.

Precision Forming

The mixed dough transitions to our precision rolling forming machine. Through exacting control of pressure, speed, and gap dimensions, this unit shapes the dough with minimal stress. This critical process preserves the dough’s inherent texture and structure, preventing damage from over-compression and ensuring consistent forming integrity.

Optimized Baking

The formed biscuits enter our engineered conveyor oven for transformative baking. Tailored to soft biscuit chemistry, the oven delivers:

Precise zone control of temperature and dwell time

Optimized conveyor speed synchronization

Uniform heat distribution for consistent caramelization

This creates the signature soft biscuit profile: crisp golden base, tender interior, and rich flavor through controlled moisture evaporation and ideal Maillard reaction – locking in freshness and delivering an irresistible melt-in-the-mouth texture.
