Soft Biscuit and Cookie Production Line

The soft biscuit and cookie production line is used for producing soft biscuits, drop deposit butter cookies and wire-cut butter cookies.

The cookie machine is controlled by servo motors and a touch screen & PLC system.

It is crucial to ensure every cookie has identical dough weight, with an accuracy of 0.4 grams. This helps customers save costs in daily cookie production.

All dough rollers and mould dies can be easily dismantled and cleaned. Biscuits with special shapes only require a mould change.

The line is typically integrated with a steel-band tunnel oven to produce high-quality cookies.

We can also design custom moulds according to your specifications.

Different working widths of 400mm, 620mm, 800mm, 1000mm and 1200mm are available for different capacity requirements.
